The woman behind this vintage-furniture shop, Lisa Fegley-Petti, already has an impressive résumé: She has worked in product development for Ralph Lauren Home, owns interior-design company Betty and Stella, and has opened a minishop within the Hidden Galleries antiques mall in Stamford, Connecticut. She can now add this narrow, subterranean space to her list of accomplishments. Every inch of the store is filled with midcentury shabby-chic treasures that Fegley-Petti sources from her travels along the East Coast and on eBay. Update your abode with a mix of designer and no-name vintage pieces such as a low-sitting leather chair by Norwegian designer Skarbos ($875), an oil painting from Haiti that still has its original burlap mat and frame ($1,000), and hanging glass pendant light fixtures ($750) from an estate sale in Florida. Decorative housewares include antelope bookends ($150) and a vintage gold-leaf-printed sugar and creamer set ($95).
