Coach-lovers might want to sit down for this one: Reed Krakoff, who has been the creative director of the handbag brand for the past 13 years, has finally opened a boutique to call his own. The airy, glam flagship’s glossy white walls are punctuated by gray felt chairs. Under the 15-foot-high ceilings, you’ll find Krakoff’s women’s clothing line, which balances femininity with utilitarian details (loads of pockets, buckles and toggles), plus accessories galore created from some of the finest fabrics, including fur, shearling, ostrich and python. Keep an eye out for signature zip-around wallets ($240), clutches constructed from leather ribbons ($590), hand-carved sunglasses ($225) and rhodium-accented leather bangles ($525).
