While the architecture of this white, pinwheel-shaped kiosk may be avant-garde, the all-day American menu at the small café inside is completely straightforward. Grab a cinnamon-pecan roll, a breakfast burrito, or a croissant stuffed with egg, ham and white cheddar in the morning. Find salads and sandwiches, like free-range chicken salad on multigrain or smoked turkey with cheddar and bacon on flatbread, later in the day. When darkness sets in, choose from a selection of standard sips (Bud Light, Budweiser, chardonnay, cabernet) and take in the kiosk's embedded LED light display, which changes colors each night.
