Beef jerky gets an artisanal makeover at this new showroom, from dried meat mavens Chris Woehrle and Robert Stout. Make an appointment to get a behind-the-scenes tour of the pair's Williamsburg kitchen, where their toothsome snacks, made with grass-fed beef and freshly ground spices, are marinated and dehydrated. Then take home a sack of your own. The jerky is available in four flavors, including Korean BBQ, orange-ginger, portobello and a classic variety, seasoned with smoky paprika, clove, garlic, pepper and molasses.
