There’s no theme, no aesthetic and no overarching concept at this temporary pop-up shop, which recently moved into the Brooklyn Kitchen’s old digs. Yet it’s worth sifting through the detritus to find funky old housewares (vintage malt machines!), working stereo equipment (including turntables and amplifiers), chemistry kits from the 1950s, even bowling pins. The prices are fair too: A multifunctional stool that doubles as a ladder is tagged $45, a decorative antique mirror is $50, vintage tennis rackets cost $10 each, and a cute 1970s single-speed cruiser with extra-wide handlebars is just $125.
