Yoga devotees and novices alike can enjoy this evening’s intensive asana practice. Sharon Gannon and David Life, the founders of Jivamukti, will lead a two-hour class at 5pm. A vegan dinner at the school’s JivamukTea Café, which will help you fuel up for the free kirtan (call-and-response) dance party at 8pm, follows. Better get the boogying out of your system then, since from 9pm on you’ll be practicing mauna, or silent reflection, when you can contemplate the year ahead. Break the meditation at midnight with chanting, vegan chai tea and a special message from the head yogis.
