The coolest boutique in Soho will pop up for just one day, and it's coming up quick. Famed fashion designer and businesswoman Jenna Lyons announced on Instagram that she is opening up her closet to host a stoop sale on Tuesday, June 4, in the heart of Soho.
Given the fashionista's history (she led J.Crew for many years), we cannot wait to see what makes it to the sale. And we're not alone in that sentiment. Chrissy Teigen replied to the Instagram post with "STOPPPPPP" and former Teen Vogue editor Elaine Welteroth commented "BRB BUYING MY FLIGHT RN."
Shirts, shoes, and more will be included in the sale, but Lyons hasn’t given much other detail. “It’s a lot of things from the last 30 years of my life,” she said in her initial video. Commenters are speculating about what sizes will be included at the sale—and how long the lines will be to get a chance to shop.
After her initial post, which earned massive attention, Lyons made a few adjustments to the sale, adding a $15 cover charge, which will be applied to your purchase. You can find the sale on Mercer Street between Spring and Prince Streets from 2-7pm on June 4. Half of the proceeds will be donated to Planned Parenthood.
