Rock & roll–inspired men’s shoes ($350–$625) are the focus of this British brand, opening its first NYC store. Childhood friends and designers Mark Jeffery and Guy West started their business when they were just 16 years old, customizing rejects and end-of-the-line samples from shoe factories, including the one owned by Jeffery’s father. The unique creations feature red lining, signature cloven-hoof-cut heels, and lyrics from the Rolling Stones or David Bowie inscribed on the soles. Find faux-crocodile leather loafers ($550) featuring the names of 18 English actors, writers and musicians; and lace-up suede chukka boots ($350). There are also colorful laces ($4) and funky cufflinks ($75–$125) for further accessorizing your look.
