Holey Books at the Hole (CLOSED)

Brush up on obscure literature and offbeat reading material in the intimate, industrial back area of the Hole, Kathy Grayson and Meghan Coleman’s new Soho art gallery. The bookstore offers self-published works and consignment collectibles, bringing together a myriad of hip decorations for your coffee table. Your friends will never guess where you found back issues of Brooklyn magazine The Journal ($30), hard-to-find Daddy magazine ($30) and The Magnificent Excess of Snoop Dogg by Katherine Bernhardt ($15). There’s also a small selection of clothing, including Terence Koh’s the (w)hole family T-shirts ($88) and aNYthing if you can’t be good, be careful hats ($30).
