If the best thing you brought home from your Birthright Israel trip was glowing skin (thanks, Dead Sea!), you’re going to flip for the salt labs at Israelite Ron Rofé’s new spa. The concept is simple: Hang out fully clothed in a salt cave—a room in which the floors, walls and ceiling are covered in Ukrainian-imported salt. (The saline is believed to help cleanse the body and aid breathing.) The spa boasts five salt rooms, where clients can nap on lounge chairs, watch movies, and even log onto the internet ($100 per hour).
