We’re convinced that Greg Armas’s gem on NYC’s vintage circuit, with its clutter-free racks and perfect picks, truly is heaven. Armas, who also owns Assembly New York, fills the shop with dead-stock items he scores during his regular trips around the globe. The chillaxed interior (yellow floors and a palm-tree mural) parallels the loose cuts and neutral colors of the garments. We’re crushing hard on a hand-woven multicolored backpack from Turkey ($118) and a reversible Japanese polka-dot printed blazer ($194). Other worthwhile finds include preloved Calvin Klein and Jantzen swimsuits ($68) and super-soft guy’s tees from the ’70s ($68).
