The Israeli designer celebrates 40 years of his men’s and women’s brand with a temporary boutique, located within the company’s five-story design headquarters (it joins a permanent Soho flagship). To give shoppers a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process, the 5,400-square-foot space includes a live installation in the storefront windows featuring the label’s pattern makers and sewers hard at work. At the entrance is a 30-ton circular vault door—a remnant of the building’s days as a bank. On the racks you’ll find the season’s full collection of apparel for men ($78–$1,298) and women ($68–$1,798), shoes ($198–$485) and accessories ($85–$698), including silk cocktail dresses ($368–$998), wedge sandals ($215–$315) and fold-over clutches ($398). Top picks for guys include patterned button-up shirts ($168–$198), linen shorts ($148) and knit polos ($98).
