Located in Greenpoint just a couple blocks from the East River, Duke Riley opened this maritime themed tattoo parlor opened in 2000, and is a great choice for anyone looking to add a nautical or island-inspired piece to their body. With aqua eggshell-colored walls, pressed tin ceilings, and wood and metal antiques on display in front of the store, the vibe is part antique shop, making it a comfortable environment to get inked. Walk-ins are welcome, but prepare to spend at least $100 for your new piece.
