This excellent Polish butcher shop and kielbasa smokehouse sells kiszka. Put out piping hot around 2pm, these homemade links are crammed with a mix of mashed potatoes and pork, which you squeeze into your mouth straight from the casing. (They’re good with Polish mustard, too.)
