Given its minimalist decor—a handful of orchids and dark-wood vitrines—this subterranean West Village shop might seem bare at first glance. But inside lurks L.A.-bred designer Alexa Garner Sidaris’s diamond-studded works. Her first NYC outpost offers carat-encrusted but not overly ornate stunners and ocean-inflected specimens such as shell earrings and abalone pendants.
