Brookelynn Starnes expands her popular East Village womenswear boutique to a 350-square-foot spot in Kings County that’s double the size of the original locale. The high-ceilinged space, once a stable, retains its exposed beams, but a fashion-forward assortment of house-line trench dresses ($98), Dolce Vita suede booties ($195), A Peace Treaty ethically produced scarves ($138–$350) and jewelry ($98–$160), and Karen Walker statement-making sunglasses ($180–$250) have since replaced the troughs and horses. In addition to stocking beloved brands, Starnes is constantly on the lookout for new designers to add to the boutique’s chic roster. Discover accessory gems such as Lucia cat-eye frames ($180) and Sheltor Rolston colorful old-fashioned backpacks ($210). There’s also an apothecary section where you can pick up Saipua sweet-smelling candles ($38).
