Lucky Brand’s founders Gene Montesano and Barry Perlman bring their higher-end line to the East Coast with its first NYC store, hawking American-made casual duds for men and women. The rugged shop features a tin ceiling, old-school house lights, and garments layered on tables and hung on Peg-Board walls. While Japanese salvage denim ($220–$235) is the company’s specialty, you’ll also find western-inspired shirts ($175–$195) and striped boatneck tops ($75) for ladies, as well as corduroy-collared jackets ($275) and cotton hooded sweatshirts ($150) for guys.
