Local designer Carlos Campos’s first U.S. boutique is full of sleek rock-star sophistication. Campos, who is known for creating costumes for Broadway productions such as Fiddler on the Roof, The Graduate and Jersey Boys, gained popularity for his tailored suits when he opened his premiere retail store in his hometown of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, in 2009. The NYC space houses his men’s clothing collection, including plaid button-up shirts ($139), khaki jackets ($260) and asymmetrical-fly shorts ($110). Cotton short-sleeved V-neck tees ($39) are wear-with-everything essentials.
