The designers behind two of Brooklyn’s coolest accessories lines—Species by the Thousands and Cold Picnic—have teamed up to open this Williamsburg boutique. The small space has a crafty, ’70s vibe with reclaimed-wood flooring and lots of plants, complementing the mostly handmade wares of the shop’s purveyors. Top offerings from Cold Picnic include striped wool blankets with leather-handle carriers ($96), macramé plant holders ($36) and signature blanket-weave-print watches ($110). Species by the Thousands merch includes bolo ties with brass-cast vertebrae embellishments ($140), simple necklaces featuring big, intricate pendants ($130) and pillows printed with an illustration of a bearded man ($60). The store will also stock a namesake line of T-shirts emblazoned with illustrated graphics ($30) and essential-oil room sprays ($18).
