After leaving her post as design director of cashmere label TSE, Tess Giberson hasn’t wasted time re-establishing her eponymous line of minimal classics in a Soho flagship. The roomy store, designed with painted brick walls, exposed pipes and wooden ceilings, allows each of her creations to breathe. The sophisticated draping and neutral colors of her women’s threads are complemented by the store’s sculptures, collages and rotating artworks. Find silk chiffon dot-printed dresses with draped pockets ($523) and high-quality wool jackets with opaque shoulders ($715). Don’t miss featured artist Ninh Wysocan’s simple silver necklaces ($375–$650).
