Time Out says

Writer Karol Markowicz and Michelle Breskin, whose background is in real estate and finance, are taking the blowout-bar phenomenon one step further, offering busy New Yorkers manicures ($15) and pedicures ($35) to simultaneously accompany the affordable flat-rate blowouts ($40) at their chic lavender-and-gray salon. Patrons are greeted with a gratis glass of wine or lemon-infused water, and can flip through a high-low magazine selection that includes everything from Us Weekly to The Economist. Hairstyles are named after celebrities with instantly recognizable tresses, such as the Jen (sleek and pin-straight), the Taylor (soft, styled curls) and the Kim (full, dramatic waves), and are executed around a square marble-topped bar. You can also book an appointment online for updos ($75), ten-minute head massages ($10) and deep-conditioning treatments ($10). Markowicz and Breskin carry only products they personally approve of, right down to the Sedu Icon Privé ionic hair dryers and Bio-Ionic Bio: Blow Out Bag brushes that double as rollers. The top-notch polish selection mirrors that of a Bergdorf Goodman beauty counter, featuring lacquers from Chanel, NARS, Dior, Tom Ford and Yves Saint Laurent. Pick up Alterna Caviar antiaging dry shampoo ($22) to extend the life of your blowout or, on rainy days, a Fix-branded umbrella ($10) to protect your new ’do.
