You’ll be wild about Ginger’s range: wonton soup, Indian pancakes and Indonesian-style fried rice along with the expected curries and noodles. The main dishes—categorized as “land,” “sea” and “sky”—are impressive, considering that most are priced well under 15 bucks. Pleasingly crisp deep-fried bass is served whole and upright as though it were about to swim off its jade-colored plate. Pork chops marinated in lemongrass, though slightly on the salty side, are perfectly grilled. Warm, rich coconut rice is brightened with slices of sweet-tart mango.
