This debut outpost of the Cali-Mexican chain, founded by three surfers in 1988, showcases Brooklyn's Bustin longboards, graffiti murals and mountain bikes on the walls. Hawaiian flavors mix in with South of the Border plates, including veggie tacos and burritos made with teriyaki sauce, or the carnitas-filled Kalua Pig Bowl. To drink, find boozy tropical classics, such as margaritas, mojitos and mai tais.
