A blazing fireplace, crystal chandeliers and vaulted alcoves set the tone for this elegant restaurant, designed to look like an Italian villa. Todd Macdonald (an alum of Bouley and Cru) executes a menu developed by chef Fabio Trabocchi (the Four Seasons, Fiamma). Look for dishes like pappardelle with lamb bolognese and slow-cooked lamb belly, and piemontese-style veal loin with a creamy tonnato sauce.
