After a brief closure, this Gramercy wine destination reopens, with former Tao executive chef Sam Hazen in the kitchen. While the lavish $90 prix fixe has given way to a more approachable à la carte menu (dishes include a bone-in sirloin steak for two and potato za'atar-crusted salmon), the 75,000-bottle cellar remains.
