Owner Angel Tenesaca has left behind two Mexican restaurants (Picante and El Toro Partido) to open this cozy den in Harlem, where he’ll serve budget-friendly Italian fare. Familiar flavors are on display in dishes like house-made fettuccine with bolognese sauce. A bar splits the room into lounge and restaurant sections, and a house jazz band will play every Friday night starting in late August.
