Start your weekend off right at Time Out Market New York’s stunning rooftop! Friday Night Vibes gets the party going on the fifth floor at 7pm with tunes from DJ Stretch (on the first and third Friday of every month) and DJ Price Is Right (on the second and fourth Friday). Dance the night away with specialty cocktails from the Market’s awesome bar and grab bites from some of our 19 kitchens including, Tanoreen, Bark Barbecue and Mori Mori. Enjoy it all to the incredible views of the East River, the NYC skyline and the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges. We’ll see you there!

Kids will have a blast at this free concert at Time Out Market New York featuring Suzi Shelton and Hopalong Andrew this month. Starting at 10:15am on Friday, February 14, and Sunday, February 23, these concerts will have your little ones dancing, clapping and singing along with a kids entertainment superstar. Hopalong Andrew, who will perform on February 14, is known for his lasso-swinging performances set to music for a fun and informative show. He was recently named "the countrified king of our family entertainment circuit" in New York Magazine. Suzi Shelton, who will perform on February 23, creates music that inspires children to sing, dance, and explore and uses props like books, egg shakers, and her special friends, such as Grey Squirrel and Cinnamon Bear, to engage her audience.  Head out to Time Out Market with your kids and make a day of it!

Bring the little ones to Time Out Market for a morning filled with stories, laughter and fun. Every Wednesday and Thursday in February, The Brooklyn Public Library is hosting storytimes on our rooftop for you and the kiddos. Catering to infants who are not yet walking (0-18 months), Wednesday morning storytimes include singing songs, learning rhymes and reading books together. Meanwhile, Thursdays are geared toward toddlers (18-36 months) where kids can read, sing along and learn fingerplays. And when storytime is done and bellies are rubling, a handul of vendors will be open. So head downstairs for bite-sized doughnuts at Doughnuttery, pastries from Settepani Bakery, bagels with all the schmear at Ess-a-Bagel or a righteous stack of pancakes from Clinton St. Baking Company. Space is limited and registration is strongly encouraged. Get your salsa on for free every Thursday from 7 to 10pm on the fifth floor of Time Out Market New York.  Starting at 7:30pm, instructor Marlene Veras will lead you through the steps to music provided by DJ Ray Suave and percussionist Jessica for a solid foundation before you break out into a full-on salsa dance party.  ¡Bailemos!
