If you prefer your roast beef thick-cut and drowning in insipid brown gravy, you’ll order it That Way. And if you’re not in the mood for roast beef (and not up for a trek to Katz’s) you might try the Other Thing, perfectly delicious fatty pastrami that, in an almost criminal act of deli defilement, comes heaped in creamy coleslaw.
