Asia's influence on Down Under eats is reflected in the “Australasian” menu, which includes dishes like chicken satay with peanut sauce, red-braised pork belly with bok choy, and lemongrass-grilled shrimp patties. The Summit Bar's Greg Seider designed the list of Far East–inspired drinks, such as a Thai basil vodka lemonade and calamansi bourbon sour.
