West Village bowling alley Bowlmor expands to Times Square with this megacomplex, featuring 50 lanes and a 220-seat all-American eatery from chef David Burke. The restaurant, tricked out with stadium-style seating, 29 plasma TVs and an 80-foot-long bar, offers the kind of grub tailor-made for downing between frames—pizza, sandwiches and small plates—plus heartier entrées, such as braised lamb shank with pepper-jack polenta, or a fried half chicken with Tater-Tots, cheddar biscuits and giblet gravy.
