At this new Bushwick cocktail spot by hospitality veterans Melissa Manning and Alie Moya, all meals are vegetarian (and can be made vegan upon request). After 11pm the menu turns to bar bites like seitan buffalo wings, jalapeño poppers and fried pickles.
