This Upper West Side restaurant truly has something for every time of day, and every taste. Take the brunch menu, for example: you could begin your day with the Hangover Burger (your hangover is no match for that 8 oz steak and sunny side egg!); or, enjoy a decidedly European breakfast of Nutella French toast on brioche with fresh strawberries. Restauranteur Metodija Mihajlov's aim for The Consulate was to take diners' palette's on a global tour, and he's certainly succeeded. The dinner menu features mouth-watering dishes like wild mushroom gnocchi, Korean barbecue steak and charred octopus; and the wine list is similarly wide-ranging.
