First up: don’t make a beeline for this address because you’ll probably find a laptop or two and a few reams of paper instead of the mochi-filled shortbread cookies that have made The Boiis Co so popular. You see, these guys roam around New York, popping up at locations across the city. This is their office address.
They offer a delivery service, too. It’s easy to see why people love them so much, either when popping up or delivering. They made their name with those mochi-filled cookies, with options like matcha, ube (a purple yam from the Philippines), and salted caramel flying off the shelves. They invite people to ‘take a photo of the pull’ and, well, yeah pulling those cookies apart sure does look good.
The tofu mochi bites (black sesame, ube and dark chocolate) also prove hits but keep an eye out for interesting collabs, too.
