You can’t go wrong with any of the 15 burnished, buttery options built on Orwashers breads: we’re especially partial to the Spanish-style Don Pablano (manchego, fontina, chorizo and roasted poblanon on levain) and the tropical Staycation (jack, mozzarella and grilled pineapple on sourdough).
