In 2022, Jean-George launched his very own food hall, The Tin Building by Jean-Georges at The Seaport. And it wouldn't be a Jean-Georges endeavor without at least one French offering, now would it? Calling back to his childhood in Alsace, T. Brasseire serves timeless French fare on the first floor of the hall.
