Mariel & Edwin emigrated from Quito, Ecuador and stepped foot in Brooklyn, New York with the dream of bringing people together by celebrating Latin culture and diversity. Always connected with the restaurant world they set up shop and successfully built a kitchen & restaurant design business but always aspired to run the show. - Fast forward to 2023, Mariel crossed paths with Michelle Jurado, a Peruvian chef with a long trajectory working in top Latin - Peruvian restaurants in New York and the rest is history . . .
