Harlem has terrific soul-food restaurants, few of which pretend to be the least bit health-conscious. Enter Soupman Café, a good-for-you soup-and-sandwich joint. Greg Strayhorn, the original “Soupman,” who earned cult status during his ten years selling street fare, is offering a rotation of 40 homespun soups.
