This family-run pizza parlor defies the city’s latest Neapolitan craze, instead paying tribute to the cheap, by-the-slice pie. Toppings are tame for the most part, with a few quirky outliers (the Wurstel pizza comes with slices of Nathan’s hot dogs). In addition to the classic 18-incher, the pizzeria offers a 16-inch sfincione: a cheeseless Sicilian pie with onions, anchovies and toasted bread crumbs.
