Locavores can click chopsticks over sushi at this 26-seat Japanese restaurant, from the owners of Bistro 33 next door. The contemporary menu incorporates ingredients from nearby purveyors, including Long Island City's Brooklyn Grange and the North Fork's Satur Farms. Dishes will change seasonally, but standbys include creative riffs like a Red Indian Roll made with tuna, mango, avocado and a hot chili curry sauce; a Big Eye Tuna Taco wrapped with avocado in a flour tortilla; and crab salad "dumplings" enfolded in tuna sashimi.
