The latest outpost of the ubiquitous burger chain has opened on Varick Street. And unlike other iteratons, this one comes equipped with a test kitchen for the team to dream up future menu items. Every new dish for every future Shake Shack will come through this kitchen, occasionally making its way on to the menu as a special for the West Village to try. The most important thing you need to know? It's the only location serving the brand-new crispy Chick’n Bites.
