Forget the sad hotel restaurant breakfast buffet at The Williamsburg Hotel. Chef Melissa O’Donnell recently opened an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant with influences from Greece, Lebanon, Israel, Morocco, Spain and Italy. The 60-seat eatery offers a strong plant-based and gluten-free menu that doesn’t take shortcuts with flavor with dishes like the herbed labneh and fried cauliflower with a lemon and tahini sauce.
