The owners of Peter's Since 1969 have opened this sandwich shop, serving sausages with sautéed onions on pretzel rolls. Five versions—including chipotle pork, and beef with herbs and bacon—are made with freshly ground meat free of antibiotics, hormones and preservatives. Get yours topped with one of the house-made sauces, like sharp cheddar cheese fondue or sweet-chili butter, plus a side of mac and cheese or hand-cut fries.
