Rosemary’s, the sceney Italian restaurant in the West Village, opened a casual spin-off a few blocks away that’s all about the ’za. The Neapolitan-inspired pies are cooked in a wood-burning oven and coated with toppings like homemade mozzarella, pork belly and fennel.
