The Curry Hill clan that created Udipi Palace and Asaivam has now opened an Indian sandwich shop—and they aren’t letting up on the spices. The chefs at Rolls ’N’ Curry liberally apply heat to dishes like chili-infused chicken malai kebab rolls; the meat is rendered extra moist by its sour-cream marinade. In addition to an assortment of savory sandwiches made with freshly baked Indian flatbread, the menu also offers daily curry specials as well as something called “chicken 65,” a spicy, deep-red fried chicken that’s a specialty of Chennai, in India. Colonel Sanders, take note.
