This casual pizza and pasta joint from the folks behind Savoia brings Neapolitan craftsmanship to slice-deprived Brooklyn Heights. Though hearty red-sauce standards like chicken parm and baked ziti are solid, the owners hail from Naples, so it’s best to stick with the 15 varieties of pizza. There’s the gooey plain cheese, and the light and basil-rich Margherita. But it’s the eponymous (grotesque) Reginella that’s piqued the interest of pizza scholars and food bloggers: It’s loaded with sliced hot dogs and french fries.
