The cocktail menu includes options like the Haywort with botanist gin, campari, cointreau, grapefruit juice and moscato ($13) or the Philadelphia with Rittenhouse rye, Bulleit bourbon, creme de cacao and amaro ($14). For a light meal, order a selection of tapas: Bibimbap rice cakes with red pepper sauce ($12), roasted bone marrow with country toast ($14) or burrata with persimmons and basil ($14) might tempt you.
