Identical-twin chefs Nicola and Fabrizio Carro had, until recently, been cohelming the Miami location of this Northern Italian restaurant; with the opening of this sleek bi-level sister spot (set to debut at the same time as its Trump Soho home), Fabrizio has moved up north to oversee a similar menu of classics. A vitello tonnato appetizer points to the brothers’ Piedmontese heritage and is joined by other regional dishes, like gnocchi with Toma cheese sauce.
