Banking on their success in Denver and Philadelphia, the owners of this all-American pub-and-grub spot have launched a 10,000-square-foot, 200-seat hangout in midtown. The comfort-food menu from chef Robert Dziekonski (English Is Italian, Gramercy Tavern) features buttermilk chicken tenders and seared tuna steak with apple-mustard chutney.
