Gastropubs may be all the rage in New York, but what happens when you throw in a dash of Chuck E. Cheese? The newly opened eatery PSBklyn might just have found the recipe for success in family-saturated Park Slope. Upstairs, chef Adam Goldgell serves up comfort food with a pedigree (he has an age-old goats' milk pizza dough recipe, and he makes his great grandmother's pierogi). The resident mixologist helps parents wind down with specialty concoctions, while little ones sip on creative milk shakes (think strawberry pop rock and vanilla peach) in booths outfitted with DVD players. Downstairs, the supervised basement game room is stocked with skee-ball, Pacman and other arcade games on which tykes can play to their heart's content.
