Beginning as a simpe takeout window, this neon-lit hot spot in Elmhurst schills authentic Colombian street eats like towering perro hot dogs (smothered in potato chip crumbs, crispy bacon, crisp carrot-cabbage slaw, costeño cheese, pineapple sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, salsa rosada, and hard-boiled quail eggs) and icy cholados stirred with condensed milk, fresh tropical fruit, and grated coconut in a casual, grab-and-go dining room.
